All digital products are sold on a final-sale basis. Because access to digital content is immediate upon purchase, refunds, returns, and cancellations are not provided. Please ensure all product descriptions and technical requirements are reviewed prior to completing a purchase.

2. Eligibility for Assistance

  2. The email address associated with the purchase.

  3. A description of the technical issue or the nature of the request.

4. Access and Usage

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived once the download has started or the digital content has been accessed. Any unauthorized chargebacks initiated without first contacting support may result in the permanent suspension of the customer's account and access to the digital library.
